Black and White

If the world was black and white,
Nothing would be dark nothing would be bright.
All the colourful things would have lost their worth,
No tension of sky’s colour of dying earth.

Flowers would no more represent beauty, 
Let it be day or night you have to do your duty.
No more scenic rainbows would appear after rain,
Colourlessness would have increased eye's pain!

Beautiful sunsets would no more bring an affable end, 
No therapy for the broken hearts, tired souls to amend.
Only angels and demons would have existed,
Everything would have been plain nothing twisted. 

Though black and white is the most exquisite combination,
But without colours possible is no imagination!
